Senior Manager (Transformation) - Consulting - Mohali - 5+ years
Location: Mohali
We are looking out for a consulting professional carrying at least 5+ years of relevant experience into managing and driving large scale transformation projects.
You will be responsible for leading all the non-IT transition projects majorly for American, European and Asian geographies.

Responsibilities -
Identifying and driving the initiatives in-line with the key business priorities.
Creating detailed implementation project plans with specified timelines and defined ownership.
Supporting solution design as well as due-diligence efforts for large transformation programs.
Aligning with multiple global cross-functional stakeholders to manage the transition deliverables.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement as well as driving cost reduction/optimization initiatives.
Optimizing the operating model through consolidation, automation, standardization, process redesign efforts.
Transitioning select work from various global locations while also managing the transition costs.
Leading transformation projects across customer service, sales support, supply chain to identify the consolidation opportunities.
Managing change initiatives.
Requirements -
Post-Graduation from atop-tier institute with at least 5+ years of experience in managing the transformation projects preferably from a management consulting background.
Understanding the various pain points and derive potential solutions.
Prior experience of managing global stakeholders.
Excellent communication as well as influencing skills.
Knowledge and experience of process improvement methodologies (Lean six sigma, process re-engineering, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of project management techniques.
