Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end processes related to reinsurance claims with high accuracy and efficiency.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations while managing claims and operations.
3. Analyze and evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement amounts.
4. Coordinate with various teams, stakeholders, and reinsurers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
5. Create and maintain detailed reports and records for audits and internal reviews.
6. Identify areas of improvement to maintain and enhance operational excellence.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in reinsurance claims processing.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance policies, frameworks, and regulatory standards.
4. Proficiency in Excel and other operational tools; familiarity with analytical software will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
7. A degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
