Responsibilities

1. Designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications tailored for the Insurance sector.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and data teams, to gather technical requirements.
3. Building robust APIs and data pipelines to handle real-time and large-scale data processing.
4. Identifying opportunities for process automation and implementing solutions effectively.
5. Ensuring software quality, performance, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing and optimization.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. A proven experience of 5+ years in Python Development.
3. Strong expertise in Technology & Analytics practices.
4. Proficient knowledge of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
5. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
   6 Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to turn technical issues into business solutions.
