Summary: We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Gurgaon office, focused on talent acquisition for the Corporate team. This role demands a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for niche and strategic roles, along with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the India consulting vertical.
Source, assess, and close positions involving niche and specialized skills.
Build strong pipelines through networking, research, and proactive sourcing.
Engage and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of recruitment goals and hiring plans.
Maintain high levels of candidate experience and internal collaboration.
Handle recruitment needs with minimum supervision and maximum ownership.
Manage reporting, dashboards, and coordination with relevant teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to consulting or professional services hiring.
Demonstrated ability to close niche roles under tight timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to handle hiring needs independently.
Prior experience working in hybrid models and dealing with multiple business units.
