Job Title: SEO Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Expert to join our recruitment organization. As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-performing SEO strategies to attract Fortune 500 Companies as our clients. Your expertise in optimizing websites for search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings will play a vital role in our success. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic traffic of our recruitment organization targeting Fortune 500 Companies.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
Optimize website structure, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Perform thorough website audits to identify technical issues, broken links, and other areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO monitoring software.
Working Experience of tools: SEMRush and Ahref’s for a minimum of 2 years
Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and aligned with current standards.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for outranking competitors and capturing more organic traffic.
Provide regular reports and analysis on key SEO metrics, website performance, and the effectiveness of SEO initiatives to management and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Masters's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven 4-7 years of experience as an SEO Expert, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, website optimization, link building, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
