Manager/Senior Manager – Life Insurance Underwriting – (7+ Years)
Looking for a professional with at least 7 years of experience in Life Insurance Underwriting & Transformation. Someone who is formulating strategies and automating underwriting process.
Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Understand underwriting logics and imparting same knowledge to team
Validating of errors while doing QC/validation of clear case /underwritten base/claim re UW opinion cases
Periodically publishing dashboard of Claim and QC learning/outcomes.
Governance and diligent check on various UW process and adherence to ensure no death claims reported on clear cases due to negligence/incorrect system rules
Developing Strategic alignment with reinsurer on customized sourcing restriction, underwriting guidelines, underwriting/financial requirements and surrogates.
Highlighting deviation seen in UW approach and report outages to reinsurer to ensure no claim denial.
Ensuring all UW treaties are reviewed & sign off within stipulated time.
Zero Surprise Observations in IRDAI Audits Post Process
Strengthening of UW quality through claims feedback, SIC culture, Robust training
Promoting NPS by promoting clear case % by identifying various opportunities.
Periodic surveillance & benchmarking of prevailing UW guidelines and practices to improve/improvise existing MLI UW guidelines practices
Requirements:
7+ Years Life Insurance Underwriting
Specialization in insurance, FALU /Fellowship, Graduate/Post graduate in any stream
