Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end Salesforce development efforts and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage declarative and custom tools to create efficient, innovative workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Manage platform upgrades, resolve system issues, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce’s latest tools and features to incorporate innovative solutions.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development standards.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with hands-on exposure to Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Expertise in declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules.
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with APIs, Web Services, and third-party platforms.
  • Solid background in CRM data analytics using relevant tools to derive impactful insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms or tools.
