Sr. Analyst – Continuous Improvements - Information & Cyber Security (4-7 years)
Looking for a working professional having at least 4 years of experience in the Information & Cyber Security Client Security Assurance function with audit compliance and contract alignment supporting the retention and growth of Business.
Location: Mumbai
Data Analysis
Developing & using management dashboards to generate various reports.
Sound knowledge of any tools used within the organisation to carry out standard reporting.
Running BI reporting of status updates, progress, and operational financials.
Defining and delivering metrics, dashboards and analytical models vital for tracking and managing security processes.
Expert in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
Providing analyses of large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights.
Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation.
Responsible for gathering and cleaning/rationalisation of datasets across multiple data sources.
Providing information on analytic results to management.
Process Improvement
Identifying business challenges and initiate process improvement projects.
Producing and delivering training material for new processes.
Collaborating with Client security team to build scalable processes and metrics.
Expert in PowerPoint and process flows.
Communication Management
Creating presentation materials for multiple governance forums such as Continuous Improvement projects and stakeholder meetings.
Preparing and distributing agenda, Minutes of Meetings and follow up on open actions.
Progress Tracking
Experienced in planning, tracking, and reporting of Time, cost, and quality.
Facilitating change agenda checkpoint meetings, accurately capture actions, assist with action closure.
Accurately capturing and management of change agenda dependencies
Follow-up with leaders to provide accurate updates thereby ensuring highest level of quality is maintained.
Administration / Governance
Supporting continuous maturity across automation, machine learning and wider change initiatives.
Highlighting possible deviations from plans to the Project or Program Board to enable quality decision making.
Having standard templates in place as a part of overall governance.
Vendor Management
Where applicable ensure standards and process are being followed around 3rd party engagement (including Work Order/SOW, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoice approval/reconciliation)
Requirements:
Office 365 (Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), Microsoft Project, Visio, MS Excel.
Power BI
Minimum bachelor’s degree a must
Must be intermediate level in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
Should be able to carry out data analysis.
PMP or Prince 2 Certification.
Any Information security certification such as ISO27001 LA, CISA, etc. would be a value add.
Information Security background or experience and certainly a desire to become a security SME.
Sound experience in understanding and creating governance processes.
Ability to understand control gaps.
Persistence for following up with a broad range of stakeholders.
Basic understanding of technology terminologies.
Ability to closely partner with different information security teams, senior stakeholders, project managers (across geographies)
Ability to set up and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders and hold court to ensure an outcome is achieved.
