We are looking for a strategic thinker and insightful research professional to join as a Senior Business Analyst – Technology Practice, focusing on high-impact global searches for top technology officers - CTOs, CISOs, Chief Digital Officers, and more - across industries.

Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting in-depth research on tech leadership trends, organizational structures, and evolving C-level roles.
2. Collaborating on global mandates to identify and assess top-tier technology leadership talent.
3. Developing insightful deliverables including candidate mappings, market analyses, and client-ready presentations.
4. Monitoring cross-sector technology shifts and leadership moves to inform strategic recommendations.
5. Supporting business development by identifying emerging opportunities and contributing to practice presentations.

Requirements:

1. Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
2. 5+ years of experience in research, consulting or industry roles with strong exposure to technology and leadership functions.
3. Familiarity with global markets and executive-level mandates.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); detail-oriented and self-driven.
