Sr. Manager - Logistics (Secondary) - FMCG - Mumbai - 15+ Years  

An exciting opportunity for a senior logistics professional to lead pan-India secondary distribution operations. This role focuses on optimizing depot and CFA networks, driving cost efficiencies, and strengthening systems, processes, and compliance across logistics operations. Ideal for candidates with strong expertise in demand planning, network optimization, MIS and performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making, capacity planning, and service excellence.

Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities -

1. Manage Pan-India Secondary Distribution network, including CFAs and depots, with a team of regional logistics resources.
2. Develop systems, SOPs, and processes for efficient distribution operations.
3. Provide analytical insights for management decision-making, including budgeting, production planning, and plant capacity utilisation.
4. Implement cost-saving initiatives such as warehouse consolidation and direct dispatch while maintaining service levels.
5. Monitor CFA/depot performance metrics, stock audits, statutory compliance, and closure of non-conformities.

Requirements -

1. Graduation; PG in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
2. 15-20 years of experience in FMCG/F&B logistics and distribution operations.
3. Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and analytical tools.
4. Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in Pan-India or regional planning, forecasting, and commercial negotiations with vendors/transporters.
