Treasury Management (5+ years)
A role of Treasury Management with experience of more than 5 years in Forex Management, Treasury Operations and Hedging strategy with good exposure in Investment Banking and Investment Portfolio
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Managing foreign exchange exposure, hedging strategies and availing hedging contracts in multiple currencies and negotiation with banks.
Understanding of treasury policies and procedure laid down around all treasury operations.
Liaising with bankers, middle management and auditors on banking operations.
Managing investments portfolio staggered across countries.
Taking part in financial due diligence and arrange funding for strategic initiatives like Mergers and Acquisitions.
Managing Compliance prescribed by various central bank like RBI.
Assisting in driving various digitization/automation projects involving investments, hedging and banking operations and Reviewing internal processes and controls to ensure they are optimized.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Treasury/Forex Management.
CA Qualified/MBA.
Through understanding of forex and derivative market.
Cash and Liquidity Management
Good understanding of Hedging and investment accounting.
Understanding interest rate scenarios in various geographies.
