Sr Process Analyst - Employee Benefits - 3+ Years - Mumbai

We are hiring an Sr Process Analyst - Employee Benefits  for a leading global insurance services organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Group Insurance premium calculations (GMC, GTL, GPA) who are looking to deepen their expertise in a stable, process-driven environment with long-term career growth.

Location - Mumbai

The organization supports large domestic corporate clients and offers exposure to complex, high-volume insurance operations.

Responsibilities-

1. Perform accurate premium calculations for Employee Benefits policies (Domestic – ECO)

2. Handle premium recalculations for endorsements and mid-term adjustments

3. Work on Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Term Life (GTL), and Group Personal Accident (GPA) products

4. Analyze employee data and apply appropriate rates as per policy terms

5. Maintain and update premium calculation models and master data files

6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support end-to-end policy servicing

7. Use Excel extensively for calculations, reconciliations, and reporting

Requirements-

1. 3–5 years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance operations

2. Mandatory hands-on exposure to premium calculation

3. Strong experience in GMC, GTL, and GPA products

4. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (calculations, pivots, lookups)

5. Experience handling domestic corporate insurance policies

6. Good written communication skills for professional email coordination

7. Health Insurance (retail) experience is not required
