Team lead – CLM (contract lifecycle management), project management – 4 + years - Chandigarh
Location : Chandigarh
Summary : An excellent opportunity for someone having atleast three years of experience in Contract lifecycle management, project management, planning and development, successful roll out and implementation. An individual must be able to supervise the team for smooth execution and implementation of contract related activities ensuring KPIs are met, stakeholder management and overseeing project related to CLM, DocuSign.

Responsibilities :
To help in designing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool as per Organization requirements.
To manage change in CLM and ensure new changes are implemented.
Domain knowledge of Agri-contracts, gauge complete understanding to be SME of the tool.
Lead User Accessibility Testing (UAT).
To act as a liaison with Commercial and Legal for CLM tool.
Should be able to fulfill Gatekeeper responsibilities for CLM tool.
Control mechanisms, quality checks, manage the process, and propose solutions.
Issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and review of third-party issued contracts.
Requirements :
Experience in process improvement, automation, project transitioning, testing and DocuSign.
Desirable minimum of 2-3 years of experience in International Commodity companies.
Advanced in both written and verbal English. Knowledge of any other foreign language(s) would be an advantage.
Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts, DocuSign desirable.
