Team Lead- US Employee Benefits (6+ yrs)

Looking for an actuarial professional having atleast 6 years of work experience on either Broker or Carrier side with a focus on actuarial health and benefit with a high degree of understanding of employee benefits principles and funding mechanisms.

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Pune

Your future employer: 4th largest insurance broking company with a strong global business presence in insurance, risk management and consulting services.

Responsibilities:

• Applying advanced skills in order to provide and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports that measure client financial status, track expenses by product line, renewal projections, funding levels and rates, etc. 

• Maintaining proficiency and understanding of various proprietary Models and Tools to calculate financial results.

• Preparing, analyzing and consulting on various client deliverables

• Maintain workflow tracking application or logs, as established by management

• Evaluating, assigning, monitoring peer review reports generated by Financial Benefits Consulting team subordinates

• Managing escalated service issues to productive outcome

• Independently and successfully managing client accounts and workload

• Managing team workflow including assigning, re-assigning and delegating tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Domain knowledge in Insurance / Re-Insurance (Actuarial).

• Applied Statistics (Advanced Level).

• Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel & VBA.

• Python & R (Expert).

• Excellent analytical, communication and management skills
