Team Manager-Virtual Assistance (5+ Years Exp)
Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
Has at least 5yrs experience as a virtual assistant
Should have team handling experience and should be able to guide the team members.
Good communication skills with proven ability in handling client/vendor calls and good email writing skills.
Responsible for preparing Dashboards, Quality Audits, process improvement, etc.
Understands how billing works and different tools used in Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistance role
Responsible for Administrative Services, like calendar bookings, Travel & Expense, Reports, etc
Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency, in a timely manner
Create and maintain SOP’s for the process/geographies. Desired candidate profile:
Requirements:
Candidate should be a Graduate or a Post Graduate
Good academic records (minimum 50% or above)
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, MS Office ,Excel, Visio, etc.
Open to rotational shifts.
Minimum work experience should 5 years in an international BPO/KPO as a virtual assistant. Should be flexible to work in UK / US shift.
