Summary –

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL with more than 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices development, legacy modernization, and working on an onshore/offshore model. Immediate to 30-day joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities –

  1. Play a technical lead role and provide high-level and low-level design solutions for complex applications.
  2. Design and develop microservices using Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, PCF frameworks, and Java technology stack.
  3. Understand business requirements, recommend transformational solutions, and implement modernization strategies.
  4. Work on legacy modernization projects, providing inputs for architectural decisions and process improvements.
  5. Automate code reviews and set up CI/CD pipelines for faster, high-quality delivery.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence) for application modernization.
  7. Participate in technical discussions, handle escalations, and ensure smooth coordination between customer and offshore teams.

Requirements –

  1. 9+ years of relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  2. Proven experience in designing and developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
  3. Strong understanding of Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, and PCF frameworks.
  4. Hands-on experience with CI/CD setup, code review automation, and Atlassian suite.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
