Overview:

 

 The L&D Tower Lead will be responsible to lead the L&D tower for the client as part of the HR services being delivered to the client requires 14+ years of overall experience with 8+ yrs in leading &D teams. As a Tower Lead, expectations are to manage end to end service delivery, client interactions, team governance etc. Must have significant experience in leading L&D team that delivers end to end learning services such as LMS support, Content creation & maintenance, learning event facilitation, Learning trends & insights reporting. Additional responsibilities include client & stakeholder management, governance & reporting, coaching, continual improvement, and related L&D support activities.

 

 

Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple)

 

  1. Experience in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field

  2. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  3. Instructional Design certifications or equivalent

  4. eLearning development training and/or certifications

  5. Project Management training and/or certifications

  6. ITIL and similar process excellence certifications

 

Knowledge & Experience

 

  1. Significant experience in learning L&D teams delivering end to end learning services.

  2. Working knowledge of relevant course delivery platforms, adult learning, learning methodologies, and Learning Management Systems required.

  3. Expertise in use of various e-learning and digital learning content authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline.

  4. Experience in delivering various learning programs such as Business / Tech Transformation training, Change Management training, ERP training etc.

    1. Ability to understand: - o the client learning audience’s and other stakeholder needs

    2. the learning ecosystem available for client end users

    3. the organizational / departmental nuances w.r.t learning and talent enablement

  5. Owns Service Level Agreements and support management of learning services being delivered as part of the client engagements.

  6. Own and deliver required Project Management & Governance services.

  7. Own and drive resource management activities including any hiring, cross-skilling and onboarding.

Core Role Responsibilities

 

  1. Lead the various activities of the HR L&D services

  2. Own and manage Requirements gathering and other strategic initiatives from learning perspective.

  3. Conduct job task analysis and determine the best modality to transfer knowledge and build proficiency

  4. Assist in development of standardized learning processes, procedures, and templates

  5. Align to a learning evaluation strategy that measures business impact of knowledge and skill transfer

  6. Ability to track and report on curriculum in the enterprise Learning Management System

  7. Continuously measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities

  8. Develop multiple projects with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

  9. Collaborate with all concerned stakeholder from client, business and/or L&D teams

  10. Ability to manage, motivate and drive the teams on the ground

  11. Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.

  12. Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.

 

Work Conditions

 

  1. Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.

  2. Ability to work 24*7 shift timings when required.

  3. Lead the training sessions, presentations and meetings within counterparts / end client.

  4. Work from office – no remote working
