Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.

Collaborate with clients to understand specific organizational needs and goals.
Continuously update training materials to align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Behavioral/Soft Skills Trainer with a minimum of 6 years in a corporate or training environment.
In-depth knowledge of various soft skills areas, including communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to captivate diverse audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs accordingly.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Relevant certifications in training and development will be an added advantage.
