Training Manager – Actuarial – US & UK operations
Looking for Actuarial Training Manager having experience of 6+ years in process training for actuarial process in US & UK Life and General Insurance Operations . If you have experience in actuarial process training and have cleared the actuarial exams. Please apply here
Location– Gurgaon/ Chennai
Experience– 6-8 years
Shift : UK/US Shift
Responsibilities:
1.Managing end to end training for the aligned Actuarial processes, including new hire training and BAU interventions. Specific focus on US Life products and UK GI and Life Insurance
2.Ensuring process activities are consistent with defined process manuals and updating procedural manuals when necessary
3.Developing deep-domain expertise, guide and support team members for development of domain expertise
4.Building training modules with actuarial content and maintain up to date training materials
5.Conducting domain, process and systems training for all teams and new hires with actuarial modules and build SMEs in each sub function
6.Helping to build new knowledge base as per the requirements from client (Eg: IFRS 17, Solvency II)
7.Working closely with Finance training team and Operations team to arrange training sessions leveraging new technology and tools to conduct, record and report training progress and related MIs
Requirements:
Should be having bachelor’s degree in actuarial science /maths/stats
Should have cleared minimum 4 to 6 actuarial papers
Should have
experience in Academic Research and Content Development, Classroom Training and Workshops, Training Curriculum development
Should have strong understanding of Life Insurance and General Insurance products
