Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design solutions that align with brand standards and user needs.
- Develop modern product and website designs, ensuring accessibility and responsive functionality.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to refine and enhance UI/UX designs.
- Translate abstract ideas into impactful digital experiences.
- Create and maintain digital design systems using Figma and other design tools.
- Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B sites and applications.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Experience in developing design systems and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
