Vice President /Senior Vice President – Placement Head – Insurance Brokerage - 12-15 years - Bangalore
We're seeking an individual with more than 12 years of expertise in Non-EB placements (Property, marine or engineering) within the insurance sector, boasting hands-on proficiency in floating and handling RFQ and QCR. Collaborative spirit is key; we're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment. Professional with networking in South India will be a right fit.
Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities
Floating RFQ to insurers & negotiate best premium from them to meet client’s expectations.
Negotiating with insurers on premium quotes & terms specially in big and medium sized proposals
Preparing service presentation based on the coverage's shared by RM.
Ensuring Submission of QCR in TAT.
Strong relationship with key line people in the insurance companies.
Generating weekly MIS about the pending claim and sending it to clients in the format defined.
Quality Control of Policy Documents of RFQs
Updating SAIBA on policy renewed, endorsement passed, and endorsement awaited in the respective month.
Replying to queries in the defined TAT i.e., within 24 hrs. form receipt of the query.
Requirements:
Non-EB placement experience 10+ years in Insurance Broking.
University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
Should have a good network and relationship with the PSU’s and private players
