Vice President- Transformation- 12+ years- Mumbai (Hybrid)

Lead high-impact transformation across asset management life cycles. This senior leadership role is responsible for designing and delivering large-scale change programmes (operating-model redesign, capability build, process globalization) that drive measurable benefits across trade, client and investment lifecycles.

What you’ll own

  • Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from strategy through delivery and benefits realisation.
  • Design scalable operating models, centralized capabilities/COEs and streamlined governance for global operations.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and manage complex interdependencies.
  • Drive measurable cost / efficiency / quality improvements and ensure benefits are tracked and realised.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams; embed change capability and a lessons-learned culture across the firm.
  • Lead vendor and third-party engagements where required and ensure regulatory and operational controls are robust.

 

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience with at least 10 years in transformation/change leadership (ideally within asset management, buy-side or capital markets).
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programmes and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong operating-model, process redesign and capability-building experience; comfortable with global rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders (including C-suite).
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with program financials, benefits tracking and reporting.
  • Relevant qualifications (MBA desirable). Certifications such as PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile are advantageous.
