Workday Support Specialist – 4+ Years – Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Workday Support Specialist to join a high-performing applications team supporting enterprise-level Workday Financials and HCM modules. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in problem-solving, support management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced digital environment.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert support across Workday Financials and HCM, including General Accounting, AP/AR, Procurement, and Expense Management.
2. Perform daily monitoring of Workday integrations and recommend best practices.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, user issues, and system problems with root-cause analysis.
4. Manage incident triage, escalation, and follow-up in partnership with technical and business teams.
5. Collaborate with Digital Platform leadership to validate Workday solutions and ensure scalable configurations.
6. Support system administration, performance monitoring, and business enhancements.
7. Oversee stakeholder communication and help guide users through application issues.
8. Drive continuous improvement opportunities in configuration, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar discipline.

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Analyst or Consultant.

1. Strong understanding of Workday Financials & HCM modules.
2. Hands-on exposure to technical configuration, system administration, and ERP support.
3. Experience working in application support for enterprise organizations.
4. Ability to debug, use SQL queries, and perform basic programming for advanced troubleshooting.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
