Responsibilities

As the Zonal Head - General Insurance, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
• Pioneering the planning, execution, and growth of general insurance operations across the zone.
• Driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop, strengthen and maintain relationships.
• Tracking and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory impacts to refine organizational strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements to maintain ethical and process integrity.

Requirements

To ace this role, you must have:

• 15 years or more of relevant experience in the general insurance sector.
• Proven expertise in leading teams and managing large, high-impact zones or regions.
