Zonal Manager-Retail Sales- Pune-8+ Years
Sales opportunity with a leading Indian optical prescription eyewear retail chain that is looking for a professional with 8+ Years of experience in Retail sales, Retail operations, store management, store expansion, Customer satisfaction and Employee satisfaction.
You will responsible for growing and managing the overall Pnl of their stores, managing portfolio of 50-100 stores across Pune region.
Location-Pune

Responsibilities: -
Responsible for growing and managing the overall PnL of the stores, managing portfolio of 50-100 stores (COCO and FOFO) in Pune region.
Managing and expanding existing stores and also driving revenue generation in new stores.
Building the extraordinary shopping experience for the customers.
Developing and ensuring strong execution of BTL marketing strategies.
Requirements: -
MBA degree from a reputed institute with at least 8-10 years of retail and general management experience, spanning operations and business strategy
Experience of managing a P&L in a fast growth environment
Expertise or knowledge of Omni-channel sales strategies and processes
