Zonal Sales Manager - Real Estate Advisory - Navi Mumbai - 10 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales leader for Zonal Sales Manager role with Real Estate Advisory Firm. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who excels in Sales strategies, client relationships, strategic planning, and team leadership within the real estate industry.

Location: NaviMumbai, India

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and implement new business strategies to grow and develop existing clients and generate new business.

  2. Assist in the shortlisting and acquisition of real estate properties for the region.

  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets and expand the client base.

  4. Create and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and solve client issues strategically.

  5. Build and motivate the team to generate business and achieve targets.

  6. Train and motivate team members to achieve set targets.

  7. Set performance targets within the assigned territory and monitor their actual delivery.

  8. Manage sensitive issues to uphold the company's reputation.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 7+ years in the real estate industry.

  2. Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing.

  3. Extensive knowledge of the Indian real estate market.

  4. Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English (both verbal and written communication)

  5. Leadership and motivational skills.
