Account Manager (Sales) - Residential Leasing - 2+ Years - Hyderabad 

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, specializing in the residential leasing domain. Skilled in generating leads, building strong networks with embassies, HNIs, and service apartment operators, and driving end-to-end leasing transactions from enquiry to closure.

Location: Hyderabad 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Generating qualified leads and building strong business opportunities by networking with embassies, HNIs, expatriates, and residential developers to drive leasing growth. 
  2. Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the residential leasing cycle, ensuring smooth coordination from initial enquiry to final closure, while delivering a superior client experience. 
  3. Conducting detailed property visits, facilitating negotiations between landlords and tenants, and preparing lease agreements and related documentation to ensure seamless transactions. 
  4. Researching and analysing residential market trends, competitor activities, and rental data to provide clients with accurate and competitive insights for informed decision-making. 
  5. Creating impactful marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, and online listings, while maintaining updated MIS, trackers, and reports to monitor leads, client visits, and closures effectively. 

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development. 
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. 
  3. Knowledge of residential leasing, negotiations, and property market dynamics. 
  4. Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. 
  5. Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
