Actuarial Manager– US/Canada - Pension Valuation - (7-8+ years)
We are looking for a professional having 7-8+ years of experience inUS/Canada Pension Valuations and cleared at least 4 -5 Actuarial Exams. The opportunity is with one among the fortune 100 companies. If this sounds interesting read on.

Responsibilities:
1.Acting as a checker for complex and non standard projects
2.Providing support on client work to other team members within and outside the team
3.Guiding and mentor team members on actuarial principles, tools and processes and help them identify and address their developmental areas through
- Providing regular feedback on their work
- Receiving feedback from them on their developmental areas
- Presenting such instances to group leaders and initiating training programs
4.Participating in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions
5.Supporting transition of new services/geographies
6.Liaising with Consulting Offices/North American WAS on technical and project management issues
7.Understanding project management from a work budget and timing standpoint
Requirements:
1.7-8+ years of experience on either Broker or Carrier side with a focus on health and benefit.
2.Minimum 4 years of relevant actuarial/pension experience
3.Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Actuarial Specialist/Actuarial Specialist
