Sr. Executive / Deputy Manager – Overseas Business Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve annual and strategic business targets for overseas markets.
2. Identify, onboard, and support international dealer networks.
3. Drive sales growth through enquiry tracking, order management, and timely dispatch coordination.
4. Conduct market research, develop new business opportunities, and support marketing/exhibition activities.
5. Provide training and technical assistance to dealers for sales and service operations.

Key Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred).
2. 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in exports or industrial products.
3. Knowledge of compressed air systems and pneumatics.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to diverse international markets.
