We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to take charge of driving strategic partnerships and delivering cutting-edge security solutions across Telangana. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales within the security solutions industry, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with partners and drive business growth in the region.

Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the channel sales network to drive revenue growth across Telangana.
- Build, develop, and nurture relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and design strategies to enter untapped markets.
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to partners, ensuring optimal understanding of security solutions.
- Maintain sales forecasts and provide detailed performance reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on competitive trends and recommend strategies to maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and market strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in channel sales, specifically within the security solutions or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of security products and channel-focused sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as required within the Telangana region.
