Responsibilities
As an Analyst - PMO, you will:
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting tasks under the supervision of the PMO Manager.
- Track project deliverables, align them with strategic objectives, and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Perform in-depth data and portfolio analysis for better program evaluation and decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and leadership.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure project performance and governance metrics.
- Identify potential risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Promote compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Program/Project Management or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven success in interpreting data and driving actionable insights.
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain a solution-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
