Responsibilities
As an Analyst—TRM, your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Data Analytics: Assist in developing analytical models to drive actionable insights for Treasury and Risk Management operations.
- Data Exploration: Extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis. Identify trends and insights to support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Risk Assessment: Work on tools and frameworks for monitoring, measuring, and mitigating key financial risks.
- Process Optimization: Support process improvements in reporting and analysis to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-insight.
- Report Creation: Generate dashboards, periodic reports, and key presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance Awareness: Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Requirements
If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in analytics, data science, or TRM-related fields.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in analytics tools like Python, R, SQL, or related platforms. Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and derive actionable insights.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial Acumen: Sound understanding of Treasury operations, risk management, and financial modelling.
