We are hiring an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive business growth and partner acquisition for the expansion of Kidzee Pre-Schools. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding potential franchisees, and ensuring brand and academic excellence across centers. Responsibilities:

Identify potential business partners for Kidzee Pre-School expansion.

Conduct city profiling and identify strategic locations for new centers.

Generate leads and execute marketing activities to attract prospects.

Deliver compelling business presentations to prospective franchisees.
-
Evaluate prospect profiles and ensure suitability as business partners.
-
Develop and implement marketing strategies for partner acquisition.
-
Own revenue, profitability, and product launch targets within the region.
-
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for franchise partners.
-
Coordinate with academic teams to ensure quality delivery at centers.
-
Lead brand building and local market awareness initiatives.
-
Monitor market trends, conduct surveys, and analyze catchment areas.

Ensure adherence to legal norms and franchise operating procedures.

Maintain bi-weekly acquisition and performance reports.
-
Prepare region-wise collection and performance summaries.
Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Management (BBA/BMS/MBA – Operations/Sales).

5–10 years of relevant experience in franchise or institutional sales.

Proven experience in business development and educational sales.

Strong understanding of different geographic markets.

Willingness to travel 18–20 days per month.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and data-driven mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
