Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organizational training needs related to behavioral competencies.
- Design, develop, and deliver impactful behavioral training programs tailored to suit business objectives.
- Conduct assessments to ensure measurable outcomes for training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various departments to organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions.
- Mentor and coach employees to improve their soft skills, leadership abilities, and communication.
- Create development plans and content for both individual contributors and managerial roles.
- Stay informed of trends and advancements in training and instructional design methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in behavioral training, learning & development, or a similar role in corporate
- A background in psychology, education, organizational behavior, or related fields will be preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and deliver improvements.
- Certifications in Behavioral Training, Instructional Design, or related areas (preferred).
