Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of operations specialists to ensure the smooth execution of transaction processes.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align operational strategies accordingly.
4. Conduct root cause analysis for process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
5. Monitor and report on the operational metrics to senior management periodically.
6. Drive automation and digital transformation projects within transaction operations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 7.5 years of experience in transaction operations, strategy, or similar roles.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Proven expertise in process optimization and operations strategy.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
