- Executing real estate advisory projects including feasibility studies, research reports, and demand-supply analysis.
- Preparing detailed financial models and highest & best use analyses.
- Conducting market surveys, site inspections, and data analysis.
- Managing project execution, report writing, and client communication.
- Supporting business development initiatives through insights and presentations.
Requirements -
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in real estate advisory, research, or financial analysis.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, data interpretation, and report writing.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Self-driven individual capable of managing multiple assignments efficiently.
