Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition MIS - 7+ Years - Mumbai
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management Information Systems (MIS). Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity within the system.
- Prepare Talent Acquisition dashboards and MIS reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance recruitment processes using data analytics and workforce trends.
- Lead and manage the MIS team, allocating responsibilities, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through data-driven analyses.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, dashboards) for reporting. Work on HRMS/ATS systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS, with proven exposure to Talent Acquisition and/or HR functions.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong background in MIS reporting, data management, and HR/TA analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
