Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition MIS - 7+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management Information Systems (MIS). Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity within the system.
  2. Prepare Talent Acquisition dashboards and MIS reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams to enhance recruitment processes using data analytics and workforce trends.
  4. Lead and manage the MIS team, allocating responsibilities, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
  5. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through data-driven analyses.
  6. Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, dashboards) for reporting. Work on HRMS/ATS systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS, with proven exposure to Talent Acquisition and/or HR functions.
  2. Graduate in any discipline.
  3. Strong background in MIS reporting, data management, and HR/TA analytics.
  4. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to prepare detailed reports, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
