Associate Chief Manager – Infrastructure Risk & Utilities - 8+ Years’ Experience -Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment & Safety
Conduct office safety audits as per NBC, IE Standards, NFPA, etc.
Perform predictive risk analysis of critical utility systems (Electrical, Mechanical).
Prepare detailed risk reports and suggest mitigation measures.
Review & implement SOPs and industry best practices.
Review design base reports and service drawings in compliance with NBC, NFPA, IEEE, ASHRAE.
Finalize system designs including capacity & redundancy planning.
Participate in architectural coordination meetings.
Approve service layouts for electrical, mechanical, fire, and safety systems.
Propose new initiatives for automation, energy conservation, and cost benefits.
Document efforts and participate in industry awards (e.g., BEE Star Label).
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Essential: B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
Essential: 8+ years of experience in infrastructure risk, utilities management, or MEP systems design within corporate or industrial settings.
Strong familiarity with NBC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE standards.
