Responsibilities –

1. Lead the development and execution of the organization’s long-term strategy.
2. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives with operational execution.
4. Develop KPIs, track performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and drive alignment on key initiatives.
6. Identify and evaluate new business models, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements –

1. Master’s degree in Business Administration (Tier-1 institute preferred).
2. 4–5 years’ experience in Capital Markets, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or related leadership roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in market research and data analytics.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
5. Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact.
