- Manage employee benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient administration of compensation and benefits
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Strong knowledge of compensation management and benefits administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
