AVP- Financial Benefits analysis - 15 Years - 20 Years - Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore (Cleared at least 8 Papers in Actuarial)

Summary –

An exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned financial professional with deep expertise in US health insurance and actuarial/financial modeling. This role involves managing complex financial deliverables such as IBNR estimation, forecasting, and contribution modeling while leading strategic financial analysis and reporting initiatives. If you have strong domain knowledge, exceptional analytical abilities, and leadership skills, this role is for you.

Location – Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities –

1. Lead preparation and presentation of financial monitoring reports, including client financial status, renewal projections, and funding levels.

2. Communicate insights and anomalies effectively to Financial Benefits Consulting management and internal stakeholders.

3. Analyze complex health insurance data and develop strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.

4. Support actuarial and underwriting teams in model evaluation and strategy shifts due to regulatory or market changes.

5. Mentor junior team members on FBA methodologies and lead initiatives to improve analytics and reporting processes.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.

2. 10+ years of experience in Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Insurance Broking, with deep actuarial/financial focus.

3. Hands-on experience with US or Indian Health Insurance products and financial benefits analysis.

4. Proficiency in statistical tools (R), data languages (SQL, Python), and visualization tools (Power BI).

5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills; progress toward ACAS/FCAS/CFA/FRM is a plus.
