Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years as an HRBP in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with evidence of strong leadership.
  • Expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Proven skills in strategic business partnering, change management, and HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and best HR practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diversity and inclusion initiatives effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver impactful results in a matrixed environment.
