BIM Draughtsman– Electrical (Revit MEP) -3–5 Years’ Experience-Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed Revit electrical models up to LOD 450–500 for commercial and data center projects.
Prepare electrical shop drawings including layouts, SLDs, and cable schedules.
Perform clash detection and rectification using Navisworks.
Collaborate on overall MEP Revit modeling and coordination activities with interdisciplinary teams.
Calculate cable sizes, containment sizing, and generate accurate quantity take-offs.
Assist in space planning for electrical rooms and infrastructure.
Create and manage Revit families for electrical components.
Estimate electrical quantities and prepare material indents.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Essential: ITI – Draughtsman (Electrical)
Preferred: Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Essential: Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical systems in commercial/office buildings and data centers
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in similar projects and environments
Software Skills (Essential):
Revit (LOD 400–500)
AutoCAD
Navisworks
