BIM Engineer – Revit (MEP)- 5+ Years’ Experience- Location-Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings and Revit models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems up to LOD 500.
- Identify, rectify, and manage clash detection using tools like Navisworks and BIM Collaborate.
- Lead the creation of coordinated and value-engineered drawings and detail-oriented extracts for execution.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards across all project phases and model deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage project models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to organizational protocols.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve design challenges.
- Manage resources including BIM software, hardware, and modeling teams efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior staff and peers in BIM/Revit practices and tools.
- Create Revit families as required and ensure seamless MEP coordination.
- Perform sizing calculations for ducts, chilled water/condenser water piping, sprinkler systems, water supply/drainage piping, and cable containment.
- Continuously monitor BIM processes and generate project reports for senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- Essential: Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP projects using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate, BIM 360, ACC, MS Word & Excel
- Preferred: 8+ years in similar roles with expertise in BIM software and MEP coordination.
