Business Delivery Director –Energy Sector -15-25 years-Delhi
Summary
Join a leading IT Company as Business Delivery Director to drive growth across the Government and Energy sectors. This role involves leading high-value engagements with central ministries, PSUs, and large enterprises, shaping go-to-market strategies, and closing complex deals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in public sector transformation, strong relationships with key government stakeholders, and a proven track record in digital solutioning through partnerships with global system integrators.
Location- Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development across central government, PSUs, and large enterprises.
- Identify opportunities in the energy sector aligned with government initiatives.
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for public and energy segments.
- Structure, negotiate, and close large-scale government contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement norms, tendering, and regulatory processes.
- Build relationships with CXOs, PSU leaders, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with system integrators (IBM, TCS, Accenture, Infosys, etc.) on digital transformation projects.
- Represent the organization in government panels, industry forums, and conferences.
Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institute; Engineering/Tech background preferred
- Deep understanding of public sector and energy transformation programs
Experience
- 15+ years in government and energy sector roles
- Worked with Navratna/Maharatna PSUs or government-linked entities
- Leadership experience in global system integrators
- Strong network with PSU & government stakeholders
- Proven P&L ownership, growth leadership, and team management
