BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – IT Sales – 6+ years

 

Excellent opportunity for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5-10 years of work experience in the IT consultancy and associated services domain.

 

You will be responsible for formulating, managing and reviewing the digital marketing strategy and planning and analyzing the business opportunities, building and managing a lasting relationship with the institutional customers exploiting the opportunities to deliver innovative outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing key growth strategies for by planning and analyzing the business opportunities.

  • Managing the digital marketing and promotional strategies.

  • A hunter mentality to generate high potential leads and relationship management with the respective stakeholders.

  • Experience of developing new business in international markets.

  • Channel management for expanding the current portfolio of products.

  • Inbound and Outbound campaign execution

  • Brand development and building client network partnership.

  • Effectively lead and manage a team of sales executives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven core sales experience of atleast 6 years in IT consulting and associated services domain and is fine with night shifts (6pm to 3 am)

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Data driven decision making.

  • Ability to develop, execute and review the sales strategy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Keep a track of the industry and knowledge of the competing products in the market.

  • Ability to work under pressure with high degree of cognitive flexibility.
