We are looking for a Cluster Manager – Franchise Operations to drive growth, streamline operational processes, and strengthen business partner relationships across the education sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong relationship management, marketing, and operational expertise to ensure business partners and schools achieve their desired objectives.

Responsibilities:
Business & Partner Growth
- Support business partners in achieving desired business growth.
- Guide schools to meet their admission targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between schools, business partners, and internal teams.
- Achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Relationship & Operations Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Implement school-wise marketing and operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit standards across schools.
- Monitor school construction schedules and infrastructure readiness.
Marketing & Strategy
- Conduct catchment and competition analysis to finalize admission strategies.
- Prepare and oversee marketing calendars, ATL/BTL campaigns, PR initiatives, and school activation programs.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize admissions and brand visibility.
Parental & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and grievance analysis.
- Strengthen parent engagement and improve customer experience across schools.
Financial Oversight
- Ensure franchisee financial compliance and procurement of essential educational products.
- Drive revenue growth and retain schools within the network.
Staff & Training
- Develop teacher training calendars and team-building activities.
- Support recruitment processes and provide training material for school staff and relationship managers.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably with a background in Business, Education, or Marketing).
- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in franchise operations, relationship management, or education management.
- Skills: Relationship management, sales and negotiation, marketing strategy, data interpretation, and stakeholder management.
