Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to manage and support the implementation of the Salesforce application within our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform effectively meets business requirements, enhances operational efficiency, and aligns with organizational goals

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • User and data management:
    • Manage user accounts, including creation, deactivation, and password resets.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular cleaning, validation rules, and deduplication.
    • Import, export, and manage data within the system.
  • Support and training:
    • Provide daily support to users and troubleshoot issues.
    • Train new and existing users to ensure proper platform adoption and proficiency.
    • Create user-friendly reports and dashboards to visualize data.
  • Maintenance and improvement:
    • Monitor system performance and implement updates and new features from Salesforce releases.
    • Ensure the platform is functional, reliable, and scalable.
    • Support integrations with other business applications and third-party tools.
  • Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
    1. System configuration and customization:
    • Create custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation using tools like Flow.
    • Set up security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.

Requirement:

  • 10+ Yrs of Relevant exp in CRM Support role (any CRM)
  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent Communication skills
