Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Mumbai – 10 years+

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth and upsell strategies across accounts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the focal point for customer service issues and escalations.
  • Build strategies to minimize churn and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
