Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

- Develop and execute growth and upsell strategies across accounts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing enterprise clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
