Responsibilities:
Design and Build Scalable Solutions: Develop enterprise-grade data architectures and pipelines leveraging Azure DataBricks and other Azure services.
Data Strategy: Define and execute strategies for data modeling, integration, and governance, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead Projects: Provide technical leadership to implement end-to-end data analytics solutions, maintaining best practices in delivery.
Optimize Performance: Implement analytics frameworks to enhance data reliability and performance in real-time scenarios.
Documentation & Training: Maintain updated documentation for designs and offer training/mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in data architecture, with strong expertise in Azure DataBricks.
Technical Mastery: Proficient in data modeling, ETL pipeline design, and big data technologies including Spark, SQL, and Python.
Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Azure cloud ecosystems (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Blob Storage, etc.).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
